Job Description
Job Objective:
  • To efficiently respond to customer’s correspondence through various modes including fax, email and letter.
  • To manage bulk letter dispatching.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Using prolific writing skills supported by appropriate vocabulary to respond to the customers through letters, emails and faxes within the defined KPI’s/TAT’s.
  • Effectively ensure first contact resolution (FCR) to customers by closely liaising with other functional units for a swift resolution.
  • To ensure timely conclusion of PTA / Legal cases to avoid any litigation by taking all stake holders on board.
  • Understanding with various writing techniques to address the core issue including marketing scripts, apology scripts, explanatory scripts and welcome scripts effectively.
  • Execution of plans devised by the line concerning special projects related to unprecedented situations.
  • Meeting targets assigned by the line manager related to service level, response time and FCR.
  • Conveying customers’ feedback and suggestions to the line in order to offer services exceeding customer expectations.
Key Performance Indicator:
  • Productivity [ number of emails/letters/faxes handled, service level]

Management and External
  • Lead the financial reporting to management and external parties (Such as donors, evaluators etc.)
  • Present actual and budget variance to management with analysis of variances on monthly basis.

Budgeting and Monitoring

Procurement and Administration
  • Lead the procurement function and ensure the compliance of procurement guidelines.

  • Effective financial management.

Qualification and Competencies:
  • CA intermediate (Articles plus 1 to 2 years of experience)/ACCA Qualified/ MBA Finance with 4 to 5 years of experience. Experience in NGO will add value.
  • On hand experience on SAP B1.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Word & Excel skills.

Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 US dollars NET per month

Jackson Global are working in tandem with an established engineering consultancy to locate a highly competent turbine supervisor (hydro), experienced in the creation of a hydro project. You should have a strong technical background in both design and construction turbines for previous hydro projects.
Your application will be considered if you can demonstrate:
  • 10 years experience in hydropower construction projects.
  • Communicate fluently in English language
  • Experience as a supervisor for last least two previous hydropower projects.
  • BSc Mechanical Engineering.
General responsibilities:
  • Ensure the turbines are installed to the standard set out by the client.
  • Coordinate with the other engineers on site to ensure the construction of the project is completed on time.
  • Supervising and regularly evaluating the progression of construction of the turbines with the other engineers.
  • Communicating with the site chief resident engineer/project manager about progression on site any areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other engineers of different disciplines to follow up site preparation, erection & construction of equipment for the eventual hand over to operations.
