Candidate should be a post graduate in Business Administration or having a relevant HR post graduate degree, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in senior management position in a large and reputed, public or private sector organization. Excellent hands on work and knowledge of best Human Resource practices and labour laws are basic requirements for this position. We are looking for a potential hire who is natural change agent (can also demonstrate this through his or her past record), can manage foster change in organization, has the ability to and natural tendency to create a facilitating environment for the employees within the organization and can help adjust the organizational structure, the processes and staffing along with the changing business needs. Age limit forthe position is upto 50 years. SALARY PACKAGE  We are an equal opportunity employer.
